Navigating Active Campaigns

I just started using a new email design software at work. Which basically means I've been drinking lots of coffee and live chatting my questions to people ( or robots) and feverishly using the apple z command that doesn't even work in this program. UGH... Funny thing is that the guy I was chatting with had NO IDEA what I was asking so he couldn't help me, but on the bright side he had a very cool hipster name ... Garette. So I'm sure he was very cool.
